Fittonia Nerve Plant

Fittonia is a great house plant for tablepots and hanging baskets.  The leaves have a distinctive green color with striking white veins.  They grow best in low to medium light, but can also do well in a brighter spot if the light is diffused.  They only require water when the soil surface just barely starts to dry - they prefer somewhat moist but not too wet or soggy soil.
